Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address, street address, and credit card information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) utilized in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties.
You have the right to terminate your account at any time. By doing so, you will lose all information associated with your account including past Purchase transactions.
Shipping policy
Delivery timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders for in-stock items within 1 business day after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout. Common delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary based on total order value and delivery address. You will be shown available shipping options with prices during the checkout process.
Undeliverable shipments
If we are unable to deliver your shipment for reasons such as a missing or invalid address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, we will refund the purchase amount minus any shipping costs.
Tracking information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Use your order ID and shipping company tracking number to keep updated on your delivery status.
Insurance
Shipments are insured up to the full value of products ordered. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship or refund your order upon request and completion of any required claims processing by the carrier.
Shipments requiring signature
Some orders may require a signature to accept delivery. If no one available at your delivery address, the shipment may be left with a neighbor or in a secure location based on the carrier’s discretion.
Custom duties & import taxes
For international orders, any duties or taxes owed are the responsibility of the recipient and determined by customs in the destination country. Please be aware of customs policies before placing an international order.
Refused deliveries
If the shipment is refused upon delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns & refunds
Returns period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in.
Refund timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for refund. Approved refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking fees
No restocking fees apply when returning an item.
Sales tax
Sales tax will be refunded if the entire order is returned. If only a portion of the order is returned, sales tax will not be refunded.
Refund medium
We will refund returned items to the original payment method used for the order. If payment was made by gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to the applicable gift card or account.
Return exceptions
Some items are non-returnable for reasons like hygiene or age restrictions. Regular sale items may also be non-returnable if indicated on the product page. Items must also be in new condition to qualify for a return.

Age Requirements
The products we sell are intended for users ages 12 and up. Customers must be over 18 to purchase from us online. Any minor using the Service or submitting payment information through the Service does so only with prior adult consent and at the sole risk of the parent or legal guardian.
Warranty & Repairs
Warranty period
Aero Scooter® products come with a 1 year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please retain proof of purchase to establish warranty eligibility.
Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, theft and unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered under the product warranty. Removing original serial numbers voids the warranty.
Warranty claims
If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received within the 1 year warranty period, at our option we will either (1) repair the product, (2) exchange the product for the same model, or (3) refund the purchase price.
Repair process
To submit a warranty claim or request repair service, please contact our support team at [email protected] with details of the issue and proof of purchase. If repair is required, we will provide instructions for safely returning the product with a prepaid shipping label.
Costs
Under warranty, the repair/return shipping costs are covered by us. If a returned product is deemed outside the scope of warranty or the warranty has expired, regular repair fees apply including all shipping expenses.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aero Scooter® and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aero Scooter®.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be provided on the Site and are effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

AERO SCOOTER® EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE SERVICE, CONTENT AND MATERIALS THEREIN.
AERO SCOOTER® MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
AERO SCOOTER® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AERO SCOOTER® HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (D) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AERO SCOOTER’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID AERO SCOOTER® IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU OR BE ENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE OR WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aero Scooter®, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Service and any use of the Service’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United Kingdom.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Aero Scooter® and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Aero Scooter® (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
You agree that these Terms and your use of the Service are governed under the laws of the United Kingdom and venue lies in the United Kingdom. With respect to any disputes or claims not subject to arbitration, you and Aero Scooter® agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

We welcome feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Service (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing us at [email protected] You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose.
Copyright Complaints
We take intellectual property rights seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

No Third Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not confer any third party beneficiary rights. All of our rights and obligations under these Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
Relationship
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
